Tasting notes

Nose: upon opening the bottle, one immediately senses a floral and sweet aroma, evocative of the cherry blossom’s delicacy. It presents soft yet perfectly perceptible notes of cherry petals that recall the freshness of spring. The clean base of the rice spirit allows the floral and sweet aromas to reveal themselves with elegance, complemented by subtle touches of juniper.

Palate: smooth and balanced, with a delicate entry that reveals the essence of the São Julião cherry blossoms. The enveloping floral notes meld with touches of acidity—a result of the salt and vinegar preservation—and a slight natural sweetness. The finish is long, refined, and fresh, with a complexity that invites contemplation.
