On the nose, it's smooth without any overbearing botanicals. This gin's nose is a blend of aromas reminiscent of a gentle spring breeze — country, fresh, floral, and citrus aromas.
On the palate, as on the nose, there is a mixture of flavors; however, with some attention, it is possible to distinguish some familiar flavors. Rosemary stands out as the only floral note. Lemongrass, along with hemp, is always present. Basil appears at the finish.
