Service Policy

The Benefit sends orders to Mainland Portugal, Portugal Islands and the whole world. The carrier with which we have a protocol is CTT Expresso and makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, until 6 pm on any business day, at the address indicated in the checkout process.

All orders paid after 12pm are processed the next day.

Delivery Times and Costs

The Benefit publishes unique, unrepeatable pieces and because they have to be done with care and time, all the work of production, customization and serialization starts from the moment of the payment notification. However, there are Particular Conditions for each edition, which you will find next to the description of each product and which take into account the execution and / or delivery times.

The customer has several options in the checkout process regarding the delivery method:

  • Continental Portugal National Expedition Service: delivery is made to the address provided to us for this purpose within 48 hours after sending via the CTT Expresso Service (orders paid after 12 pm are processed the next day).
  • National Islands Expedition Service (Madeira and Azores): delivery is made to the address provided to us for this purpose within 48 hours after sending via the CTT Expresso Service (orders paid after 12 pm are processed the next day).
  • International Shipping Service: delivery takes place between 5 and 7 working days after the order is shipped (orders paid after 12 pm are processed the next day). The cost of this service will be given on a case-by-case basis and according to the destination.

If the recipient is not at the address, a transit notice will be left, in order to schedule a new delivery attempt or to indicate a delivery point.

Refund policy

The Benefit is a unique experience and we don't want you to feel cheated. However, if your copy of the Benefit is defective or visibly deteriorated, we suggest that you contact us: edetodos@beneficiogin.com

Put right away:

  • Order number
  • Product reference and name
  • Defect details
  • A photograph of the problem detected

With the data provided above we will make a careful and rigorous assessment. If there is a problem with the product, we will give instructions for return and logistical details and subsequent replacement through edetodos@beneficiogin.com

The exchange will be processed within 5 working days.

Prices and Payment Methods

The Benefit uses as payment method: Paypal and Credit Card associated with Paypal account (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD AND MAESTRO) and direct payment by Credit Card through Braintree to Paypal Company (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD E CONDUCTOR).

Credit card verification

Credit card users are subject to validation and authorization of the card by their issuer. If the card is declined, you will be immediately informed by our system, when you are completing the order.

When evaluating your order request, it is possible to disclose your data, such as address and postal code, for the verification of security alerts and the effects of preventing and detecting any type of fraudulent scheme.

Even so, whenever your data is released, it will remain secure.

If you think your data is not correct, you can correct it by following the procedure in our Privacy Policy.

Product Information

At Benefício we do everything in our power to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products presented are correct. However, it may happen that the information about our products was made wrongly published (including prices or promotions), the Benefit may refuse an order taking into account these criteria. The refusal of an order may also be related to the following problems: product out of stock, inability to obtain payment authorization, fraudulent orders.

If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted immediately by the Benefit.

It is possible to cancel orders that have not yet been sent, for this you must contact us through edetodos@beneficiogin.com.
