A varied choice
Hemp Flower Gin offers three variations – Herbal, Summer and Delicate – each representing a unique sensory experience. In the distillation process, we have faced the creative challenge of capturing not only the flavors and essence of hemp - present in its three variations.
Distilling
This gin is macerated inside the copper still where it is subsequently distilled and produced by the London Dry method, so it is the product of a unique distillation.
In the development process of the Hemp Flower Gin, there were born three variations – Herbal, Summery and Delicate –, and like in happy families, everyone is welcome, there are three different products with the same distillation base.
Our gins
Benefício Hemp Flower Gin is based the juniper and an infusion of 11 botanists whose magic is given by the herb prince, cardamom and ginger. It’s a gin in which hemp plays the role of vocalist, a plant with flavours very herbaceous, here compensated with freshness and sweetness.

How to prepare
Pour the ice halfway up the glass, gently crush the juniper berries and place them in the glass of gin. Cut the lime rind finely and press down on the glass to intensify the aromas, then pour a measuring cup of Hemp Flower Gin (5 cl) and stir lightly. Finally, add the four measures of tonic water (5 cl x 4), and mix again. Enjoy the moment!
Herbal Hemp Gimlet

Introducing the ”Hemp Gimlet”, a cocktail that is born from the combination of the intensity of botanicals and the hemp flower present in our Herbal Gin. The “Gimlet” is a reference and homage to the classic cocktail which inspired the recipe. Decoration with sage adds a refreshing scent and a touch of green that harmonizes perfectly with the drink.

5 cl Benefício Hemp Flower Gin Herbal
3 cl lime juice
2 cl sugar syrup
Four sage leaves
How to prepare
Put all the ingredients in a shaker and lightly crush the sage leaves. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into a previously chilled Martini glass. Decorate with a sage leaf. Enjoy the moment!

Cut the grapefruit rind finely and press down on the glass to intensify the aromas, then pour a measuring cup of Hemp Flower Gin (5 cl) and stir lightly. Finally, add the four measures of tonic water (5 cl x 4), and mix again. Enjoy the moment!

Introducing the “Spring Blossom”, a refreshing cocktail with our Gin Summery, perfect for Spring. The name represents the floral and fresh notes of the cocktail, highlighting for the orange blossom, one of the stars of the recipe. Decorated with orange blossom gives, this cocktail has a refreshing and elegant appearance.

5 cl Benefício Hemp Flower Gin Summery
3.5cl grapefruit juice
2 cl agave jelly (bio)
Two orange blossoms
Two dashes of Fee Foam (optional)
How to prepare
In a shaker, put all the ingredients and slightly crushed orange blossoms. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture in a Thumbler glass with two rocks of ice. Decorate with orange blossom. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy the moment!

Delicado Silky Delight

Introducing the “Silky Delight”, a cocktail with the silky touch of our Delicate Gin, highlighting the red fruit flavours that resemble a cheesecake. “Silky” refers to the texture soft and smooth cocktail, while “Delight” emphasizes the dessert aspect. Presentation in a standing martini glass creates a visual Effect of red lines in the glass, that resembles the decoration of a cheesecake.

3cl 100% plant-based cream
2.5cl cranberry syrup
Maraschino cherries
How to prepare
In a shaker put all the ingredients, except the cherries syrup, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into a previously chilled Martini glass. With the help of a toothpick, put a few drops of cherry syrup on top of the cocktail. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy the moment!
