Service Policy

The Benefício Gin website and store ship orders to mainland Portugal, Autonomous Regions (Madeira and Azores), and worldwide. The carrier with whom we have a protocol is CTT Expresso, which delivers Monday to Friday until 7:00 pm on any business day, to the address indicated during checkout.

All orders paid after 12:00 pm are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times and Costs
On the Benefício Gin website and store, there are Specific Conditions for each product, which you will find next to each item description and which take into account the execution and/or delivery times.

Customers have several options during checkout regarding the delivery method:

Delivery time: 24-48 business hours after shipment.
Shipping company: CTT Expresso

2. Autonomous Regions
Madeira: 5-7 business days (depending on the postal code)
Azores: 6-16 business days (depending on the postal code)

3. International Shipping
European Union: 5-7 business days
Rest of the World: 7-15 business days
Cost: from €14.95 to €34.65. Depending on destination, weight, etc., communicated on a case-by-case basis.

If the recipient is not at the address, a notice of passage will be left to reschedule delivery or indicate a pickup point.

Refund Policy and Right of Free Withdrawal
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, which implements Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to freely withdraw from the contract, without the need for a reason, within 14 consecutive days.
