Description
On the nose, it undoubtedly presents itself as a new-era gin – unmistakable juniper, but without overshadowing its purposeful hemp identity. A prolonged and gentle inhalation of the hemp gives way to a sweeter aroma revealing lemongrass and a slight menthol note from the cardamom. A bolder "sniff" will sting the nose; don't confuse it with alcohol, it's the ginger on display!
On the palate, once again we have a serious gin with juniper taking the lead. Hemp emphasizes its identity, being identical in every way to the nasal sensations that materialize in the mouth. Importantly, there is a creamy and lasting mouthfeel; this sensation disguises its 43% alcohol content. As in the nose, the spiciness is due to the ginger and not the alcohol.
